They currently have three providers that see established patients and also see patients from the Quick Care Clinic, Dr. Jason Lorch, Dr. Elizabeth McGregor (pediatrics), and Cainan Jones, DNP. In addition, they have four providers that see only Quick Care Clinic patients, one of which provides Department of Transportation and Coast Guard physicals by appointment.
One of the providers at Four Rivers Internal Medicine and Quick Care Clinic has practiced there since its inception, Dr. Jason Lorch. Dr. Lorch has been in practice in Paducah for 20 years. The current Four Rivers office was built in 2012, and Dr. Lorch says he had several things in mind when building in the current location. “We liked the location, ease of parking, and convenience it offered at the current site. Because of this, we are able to see patients seven days a week, early mornings and evenings. This is convenient for working class folks and kids before and after school. You can get in and out of our building quickly.” Dr. Lorch says he enjoys being able to treat a wide range of medical issues at the practice. “Everything from acute issues like upper respiratory infections to chronic issues like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease to preventative services like vaccinations.
