Oxford House Documentary at Maiden Alley Cinema

Oxford House is a self supporting, democratically run, sober living community, with over 3500 single family homes nationwide.  We have 8 of those houses in our own community.  It provides a safe, sober, structured environment for its members to rebuild their lives.  “Welcome Home: An Oxford House Story” is much more than a documentary, its the culmination of endless hours of hard work by the film crew, Oxford House staff, partners, and most importantly, its members.  This documentary will give viewers an insight into how Oxford House has helped rebuild countless lives across the country and in our home town. It promises to be informative, emotional, and an overall feel-good documentary of individuals finding freedom from addiction through recovery in Oxford House. We plan to have community partners with booths set up inside the theater, several testimonials, a chance to meet current members of Oxford House as well as Alumni, such as myself..
