HAP’s Hometown Harvest Community Celebration
Community Day is a free event designed especially for Housing Authority of Paducah Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) families. It is an opportunity for residents to come together, connect with neighbors, and learn about resources available throughout our community.
Families can enjoy games, activities, food, giveaways, door prizes, music, and family-friendly fun while visiting with local organizations, businesses, and service providers. Community Day also provides access to valuable information on health, education, employment, financial wellness, youth programs, and other services that support family success and self-sufficiency.
More than just a fun day, Community Day is about strengthening relationships and building a sense of community among the families we serve. It gives residents the opportunity to meet community partners, ask questions, discover new resources, and celebrate the positive things happening throughout our neighborhoods.
This year’s theme, “HAP Hometown Harvest: Where Neighbors Gather and Resources Grow,” reflects our commitment to helping families connect, thrive, and grow together. We invite all Public Housing and Section 8 families to join us for a day of fun, fellowship, and opportunity.
