5th Annual Murray ATC Bistro

The Murray Calloway ATC Bistro is an annual event where culinary students plan, practice, and and prepare a pop – up restaurant for 2 nights. This is event is 100% ran by our high school students. Executive chefs write the menu and teach their staff how to cook on the line. The front of house manager teaches customer service, proper table service and mixology for our mocktail bar. 30-40 ATC students participate in this voluntary opportunity.
